My Story
Throughout the many diverse roles I've held I have consistently driven operational efficiency by identifying and improving workflow bottlenecks and redundancies. To ensure new workflows are adopted and implemented, I develop training resources and job aides to align team members with business goals.

Connectedness
I believe that an organization works best when it's members are aligned with one another. There is always something that brings people together and I enjoy learning about people to help build connections between others through mutual interests and values.

Developer
There is great potential inside each of us but sometimes we need help to bring it out. As a developer, I love getting to the core of what motivates someone and helping to capitalize on that to achieve their goals, personally and professionally.

Input
I crave the rush of learning new things and believe that knowledge gained in any subject may have use in others areas down the road. The more I can understand an organization's needs the specifics of the team's job, the more I'm able to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Context
We are all shaped by our past experiences and current environment. Understanding where people come from is critical for helping create learning resources that will succeed in helping them thrive.
